Our Policy

-Client's are advised to come to their appointment without any make-up.

-A consultation is required before your service begins.

-A non-refundable £20 deposit is required on booking.

-In order to respect the time of both our client's and therapist, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Client's arriving more than 10 minutes late will be imposed with a £10 fee and client's arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and be rescheduled.

-If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

-For your safety please let the therapist know if you have any complications with your health during your consultation.

-We do not allow plus ones due to the spacing in the salon.

-Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
